Set par levels and print the production list

Set par levels for case items, then print tomorrow's bakery production list that adds pre-orders to pars, split by oven, decorating and packing.

Set par levels

  1. Open a case product and set its par level: how many you bake on a normal day.
  2. Assign its station (oven, decorating, packing).
  3. Repeat for your case items. Start with your top twenty.
  1. Before closing, open Production list and choose tomorrow.
  2. Check each line: pre-orders + par = bake.
  3. Filter by station and print one sheet per station, or open it on the kitchen tablet.

Adjust as you learn

Use the sales report by product and weekday to raise or lower pars. Before a holiday, raise pars for walk-ins on top of pre-orders.
