Data request questions
What can I request?
A copy of the personal data we hold about you, correction, deletion, or a restriction on how we use it. Merchants can also request export or deletion of their account data.
How long does it take?
We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete requests within the time your law requires (generally 30–45 days).
Will you verify my identity?
Yes, by replying from the email address we have on file or by a short call, so nobody else can request your data.
I am a bakery customer, not a GetBakeryPOS customer.
Your bakery controls the customer data in its POS. Ask the bakery first; we will help them fulfil the request.
Is there a fee?

Can someone request on my behalf?
