How do I book a GetBakeryPOS demo?
Fill in the form on this page with “A live demo” selected and tell us your country. We reply within one business day with times in your local daytime. Demos are 30 minutes on a video call.
What happens on the demo?
We set up a sample bakery with a few of your own items (send your menu if you can) and show pre-orders with deposits, a custom cake order, the scale label flow and tomorrow’s bake list. Then we answer your questions.
Can the demo be in Spanish, Urdu or Arabic?
Yes for Spanish and Urdu; Arabic on request in the UAE. Tell us in the message box.
Can I contact you on WhatsApp?
Yes — WhatsApp is our main channel in the UAE and Pakistan. The numbers go live with launch; until then, use the form and add your WhatsApp number, and we will message you there.
How fast do you reply?
Within one business day. Forms and WhatsApp messages sent after hours are answered the next business morning.
Do you have an office I can visit?
We work remotely across the US, UAE and Pakistan, and set up bakeries online. Demos and support are by video call and screen share.
I already use GetBakeryPOS. Where do I get help?

How do I ask for my data to be deleted?
Use the data request page. We confirm within the time your local law requires.
